Your cloud apps, backed up properly.

Backblaze-simple backup for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and GitHub. OAuth-connect, immutable daily backups, per-user self-service restore. No sales call.

“It's in the cloud, so it's backed up” is the most expensive sentence in IT. Microsoft's shared-responsibility model puts your data on you — and deleted M365 data is permanently gone after ~93 days.

The cloud is not a backup

SaaS vendors protect their infrastructure. Your data is your problem:

  • Microsoft disclaims content-loss liability — the M365 shared-responsibility model puts your data on you, not them.
  • Deleted M365 data is permanently gone after ~93 days — once it ages out of the recycle bins, there is no recovery path with Microsoft alone.
  • Ransomware encrypting OneDrive/SharePoint syncs the encrypted versions to the cloud — the “cloud copy” becomes a copy of the damage.
  • Quote-based backup vendors (Veeam, AvePoint) won't give a 30-person company a straight price.

An independent, immutable copy

Cloudhold orchestrates your vendors' APIs into immutable object storage under object-lock — so neither ransomware, a compromised admin account, nor an accidental “oops” can rewrite history. Daily snapshots, per-user self-service restore, and anomaly detection that yells when a mass-encryption event starts. We are backup software, not a storage company — and we don't claim datacenters we don't own.

Immutable

Immutable snapshots

Every backup is a content-hashed, append-only snapshot. History can't be rewritten — by ransomware, a rogue admin, or anyone.

Self-service

Per-user restore, no ticket

Users restore their own files, emails, and records. Your team stops waiting on IT for recoveries.

Air-gapped

Isolated copies (Complete+)

Snapshots written to isolated object storage under object-lock, with credentials separate from production.

Ransomware

Anomaly detection (Defend)

Backup-time analysis flags mass-encryption patterns — bulk renames, entropy spikes, odd modification velocity — and alerts your admins immediately.

Pricing

Published per-user pricing

$2 / $3.50 / $5 per user/month, on the page. No quote process, no setup fees, no onboarding calls.

Honest

No FUD, no miracles

We can't restore data deleted before your first backup ran. We detect likely ransomware activity; we don't claim to stop it.

How it works

  1. Connect with OAuth

Authorize Cloudhold against M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or GitHub. No agents, no firewall changes. (Provider OAuth app registrations are in progress — backups start once your connection is completed.)

  2. Daily immutable snapshots

The scheduler pulls changes through each vendor's API and writes content-hashed, immutable snapshots.

  3. Anomaly scan (Defend)

Each backup is scanned for mass-encryption patterns; admins get immediate email alerts on threshold breaches (SMS when the alert provider is connected).

  4. Restore in one click

Users find their file, email, or record and restore it themselves — scoped to what they're entitled to.

The 93-day clock is ticking on your deleted data.
